Miss Emck's classes combine yoga, arts and mindfulness. They aims to give children the skills to build resilience and confidence in a fun and nurturing environment. The classes will encourage the children to gain awareness of their bodies and minds, as well as giving them practical tools that can be used where ever and whenever! Most importantly, the children are here to enjoy yoga together, embracing the imagination, and to learn skills that they can draw on for the rest of their life.
